I sent a message on my account yesterday to the support team. I have a problem that needs to be resolved. The content creator Nela, was supposed to give me a new version of the video with a small change at the beginning. (Removing the plastic cap) She sent me the video on July 14th, and I replied within minutes about this, both on JB chat and in an email. She replied, no problem, I will have it for you EBD. It hasn't shown up.
Yesterday, I got an automated email from JB saying the project was completed. I went on your website and took a look at the video, and it was the same one that she had shot a week ago. So, she didn't reshoot anything and now I have a video that I can't use.
I then sent her a chat and an email asking if she was going to make the change and I haven't heard back. Here is the communication from the last week for your reference:
Your system is not allowing me to either copy and paste or add a screenshot of the dialogues from my message board on my account or my email.
Israel has these in his emails from me!

I need to get this taken care of ASAP, this is holding me up for my product launch, and, to be honest, Nela was very lax at getting the project done, I was fine with the extended time as I have no idea why it took her so long, maybe personal reasons, and I didn't want to upset her by pushing too hard. But now, after all this time, ending up without the video she promised, is upsetting, to say the least.
